AI agents can query our public, cited Hermès data directly over the Model Context Protocol — and every answer comes back with attribution and its honesty labels attached.

Streamable-HTTP transport (JSON-RPC over HTTP POST). The usual handshake: initialize → notifications/initialized → tools/list / tools/call. Discovery card at /.well-known/mcp/server-card.json.

get_bag_price(model, size)
Cited US retail + estimated resale + the resale-over-retail premium.
get_market_median(spec)
Live cross-site median of current ASKS for a spec, with the listing count (n) and retrieval date.
get_price_history(spec, timeframe)
Our live weekly median-ask series (public depth). Archived + cited sold layers are partner-tier.
get_price_increases(brand)
The cited retail price-increase ledger (hermes | chanel) — a history of facts, never a forecast.
get_benchmark(city)
The community-reported pre-spend benchmark for a city (a position, not a probability).
What you may cite, and how
- Every tool response carries an attribution field — attribute Orange Peel by name and link back to the page the figure lives on.
- Keep every honesty label: resale is estimated, market medians are asks, not sold, benchmarks are community-reported, and always carry the count (n=).
- Never present a figure as an appraisal, a guarantee, odds, or financial advice — and never attribute our figures to Hermès.
Free tier + partner tier
The free tier is open and unauthenticated, rate-limited per IP, and returns the same public, current-state data a human sees on the site. No accounts, no user data, ever.
A partner tier is coming: higher rate limits plus history depth (the archived-ask and cited sold/auction layers) via an OP-Partner-Key header. Interested? Contact admin@orangepeel.to.
